Willingness to exert high levels of effort toward organizational goals and conditioned by the effort’s ability to satisfy some individual need is motivation.

Motivation is something that we need in our life. So on this post I will periodically add few motivational videos that really inspires me to work hard, never allows me to give up and pushes me to my full potential.

There are thousands of motivational videos on Youtube and it is not possible for any of us to watch them all, because of which we might miss the true best motivation since most of them claim their video is best and most inspiring.
